         Why have I not received my product yet?

Some products have longer expected delivery date. Please check the expected delivery date of the product you have ordered on the website. If the number of days is past due there might be some unforeseen conditions due to which your product cannot be shipped. We will send you an email or call you to inform about the delays. Also, sometime shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions.          How do I track the status of my order(s)

You can login to your account to see the current status of recent orders or simply click on the link above which says track order. Enter your order number and email Id used to order.

 

        What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping means the product has been dispatched from our dispatch center. You will receive an email and SMS with tracking number once it is shipped. Since, we ship our products with third party shipping company we do not have full control over delivery. Delivery means when the product is actually delivered to you at your doorstep.

        Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery charges?

There is a nominal fee of Rs. 50 per order for shipments in India. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. The shipping charge is non-refundable. For international orders it is INR 1000/­ for the first products and INR 400/­ per product thereafter.

         What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern immediately to us via email or call. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

         Which courier company do you use for delivery?

Within India we use FedEx and Indian Post’s speed post services. For International shipments depending on the country shipping company changes.

         I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?

Yes we ship internationally to selected countries. Please select the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. International shipping charges will be applied for the same.
